"Fight On!"

I am first and foremost a husband and father. My wife Lilly and my three children Katie, Ryan, and Emily are the "meaning of my life"

I have worked full time for 27 years and I truly believe dedicating myself to a profession and trying to make a difference has been the key to maintaining overall good health. I have over 20 years experience in developing wheelchair sports programs and competing in Tennis, Quad Rugby, Marathon racing, and Basketball.

I believe the most important ingredient to achieving a great quality life is to become comfortable with your disability. I've worked hard to be secure with who I and not allow people to define me based on my spinal card injury. Early in the adjustment process people will tell you it, "things will get better". Things don’t just get better you have to make them better. If you set goals, and educate yourself about the barriers that lay ahead, work hard and keep moving forward there will be no limits to your success.
